Our Counselors

Elizabeth Storey, M.Ed., NCC, LPC

Elizabeth Storey is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Master of Education degree in Counseling from Delta State University. She is also certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors. She is a Board Qualified Supervisor for counselors seeking licensure in the state of Mississippi.‚Äč

Elizabeth has experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and family therapy. She has worked in outpatient, inpatients, and partial hospitalization, and private practice settings. She has received certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. She has also received advanced training in grief, depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Behavior Disorders.

Erica Holmes, M.A., PLPC

Erica is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Master of Arts degree in Professional counseling from Liberty University. She is currently a doctoral student earning her Doctor of Education degree in Community Care and Counseling with an emphasis on Marriage and Family.

Erica is a Christian counselor whose experience includes marriage and family counseling, premarital counseling, and individuals. Her areas of expertise include:

depression, anxiety, grief, communication, conflict resolution, and general mental health. Erica also offers counseling services for ministry leaders concerning ministry related stressors and personal concerns, as well as, organizational consultation and training for churches and faith-based programs developing basic counseling ministries.

Shawna A. Foster, MS, PLPC

Shawna Foster is native of Jackson and Corinth, Mississippi who graduated with a Masters in Science in Counseling from Mississippi State University. She is a Certified Mental Health Therapist with 10 years of experience in counseling and therapy with children, adolescents, and adults. She has worked with a variety of needs including grief, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, disabilities, and different goals the client is wishing to pursue. Shawna has used different types of therapy techniques to fit the client's needs including Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Kenya R. Liddell, LPC

Kenya R. Liddell is a graduate from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio with a Master of Arts in Community Counseling. She is a multi-state Licensed Professional Counselor providing outpatient therapy to adolescents and adults. She enjoys working with individuals through all challenges of life and her specialty is grief recovery. For Ms. Liddell, grief recovery refers to how an individual can heal from emotional pain, loss and/or sorrow from topics such as death, divorce, career changes, stress, parenting, and/or health issues. 

With compassion and understanding, she uses various therapeutic interventions and techniques that are specifically tailored to each individual. Through discovering and building on an individual's strengths and by attaining the personal growth the individual is committed to achieving, Ms. Liddell's goal is to help individuals uncover their true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating.
